Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By purchasing from bestknifeco.com, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and you represent that you are at least the age of 18 and legally allowed to purchase the product(s) in your state or province of residence. Automatic knives are not allowed to be sold to all 50 states, so be sure to consult your local knife laws before trying to purchase. Automatic knives cannot be shipped by USPS, so we reserve the right to use UPS and FedEx for orders to states where they are legal. See section 20 for more information.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Age Restrictions & Lawful Use Agreement

No sales of any knife type to individuals under the legal age of majority. By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are of legal age;
You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing such items;
All products will be used only for lawful purposes.

Best Knife Co. is not liable for the misuse or unlawful use of any product purchased from us or our affiliates. Additionally, we make no claims that any product will prevent harm or injury. Use all items responsibly and within the bounds of the law.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 20 - AUTOMATIC KNIFE POLICY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE

PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING:
By submitting an order to Best Knife Co., you affirm that you meet all applicable legal criteria outlined below. If you do not meet these conditions, you are prohibited from placing an order, as doing so would constitute a violation of federal law.

Definition of an Automatic Knife (Switchblade)

For the purposes of compliance with federal law, an automatic knife (also known as a switchblade) is defined as:

Any knife that opens automatically by the application of hand pressure to a button, spring, or other device in the handle of the knife, or any knife with a blade that opens or is ejected from the handle by the force of gravity or inertia.

This definition is consistent with the Federal Switchblade Act (15 U.S. Code § 1241).

Federal Compliance – Automatic Knife Restrictions

Under federal law, the interstate shipment of automatic knives is generally prohibited, with the following exceptions:

Government agents or procurement officers ordering such knives for official duties on behalf of the United States Government or Armed Forces;
Officers of the National Guard, Air National Guard, or other official militia acting in an official capacity;
State or local government officials, including those from counties, cities, or municipalities;
Licensed knife manufacturers or verified dealers fulfilling authorized orders from any of the above parties.

Best Knife Co. will not ship automatic knives across state lines unless the order qualifies under one of these federally approved exceptions. Orders placed and delivered within the state of Utah are not subject to this interstate restriction.

Responsibility for Legal Compliance

Customers are fully responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws relating to the purchase, possession, and use of any products purchased from Best Knife Co. All sales are made in accordance with Public Law 90-351, Title III, U.S.D. Section 2511, and any other relevant statutes.

No sales of automatic knives to individuals under the legal age of majority. By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing such items;
All products will be used only for lawful purposes.

Fraud Policy

Any individual who provides false information, misrepresents their eligibility, or attempts to circumvent our policies will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. Best Knife Co. takes all fraud seriously and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
